From health, relationships and individual well-being, research shows that a personal Gratitude Practice can positively improve your life.Yet our society and education haven't set us up to lead grateful lives. Not only are we not educated on how to practice gratitude, we are often times discouraged. The world around us rewards conflict, criticism, and drama-- none of which lead to living a life of gratitude.
This si why I have created the Gratitude Experience. More than just an online course, The Gratitude Experience guides you through 6 weeks of Gratitude training & daily practice tools in the form of daily coaching videos, inspiration & exercises. AND The Gratitude Experience is all about implementation, so we address each week what obstacles might get in the way to taking action, and how to move through those challenges.
How Does This Course Work?
Starting today, you will receive a new lesson 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Each lesson is yours to keep and you'll be able to refer back to it whenever you want. And if you miss a lesson or are too busy to get to it that day, each lesson will conveniently remain in your account so you won't have to search for it when you're ready to get back to it.
Monday: Gratitude Concept and Experience Exercise.
Wednesday: Addressing challenges, resisitence and blocks.
Friday: Gratitude Coaching Video. Learn from watching other's be coached on the week's Gratitude concept.
Coaching Option
The Gratitude Experience is written as a stand alone, self paced course. Each day includes video coaching and access to me in through the Facebook Group Community. However, if you looking for a deeper experience or a structured way to work with me as a coaching client, I am offering a coaching package as an option.
Please note: Coaching sessions are offered as adjunct to the course and are therefore not refundable under course terms and agreements.
